1. What is the refund policy for physical products?Made-to-Order Products Since our products are made specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. We highly recommend you double-check the size guidelines provided on each product page before placing your order. Defective Products We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that is defective (e.g., damaged, faulty, or not as described), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. How to Request a Return To request a return for a defective product, please contact us at info@analogcircus.studio with your order number and a description of the defect. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. Return Shipping Costs If you are returning a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Wrong Address We want to ensure your order arrives smoothly! Double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any delays. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, we'll happily reship it to the correct address once confirmed with you. However, there will be an additional charge to cover the reshipment cost.

2. What is the refund policy for digital products?Due to the nature of our digital products, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, we are strongly committed to providing our customers the outmost satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly inform us within 7 days, and we will work with you to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.

3. What is your shipping policy?Domestic Shipping We offer domestic shipping within the EU and the United-States. Expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your location. International Shipping We are happy to ship internationally! Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive than domestic orders and may be subject to additional customs/import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. Here's some additional information to keep in mind for international orders: Customs Duties and Import Taxes: You may be subject to additional charges levied by your country's customs department upon arrival of your package. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost we charge. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import regulations and fees before placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the amount of these charges, as they vary depending on the specific product and value declared for customs purposes. Delivery Timeframes: International shipments can take longer than domestic shipments to arrive. The exact timeframe will depend on the destination country's customs processing procedures. Digital Products Since our digital products are downloadable files, you won't experience the wait associated with physical products! Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a link along with instructions to download your product immediately. This means you can start enjoying it right away!

4. What software do I need for digital products?We design our products primarily for Ableton Live, but they are compatible with any software or hardware that supports WAV or MIDI formats. These files can be accessed directly from the included product folders, unless otherwise specified. The current minimum requirement is Ableton Live version 11.3.10. Because of our focus on analog sound recordings, you may only need Ableton's Simpler, which is available in all software versions (Intro, Artist, and Suite). Some products may utilize advanced features that require the Suite version. This will be clearly stated in the product description. If other plugins or software are required for a particular product, it will also be clearly specified in the product description. Please verify the exact requirements before purchase by checking the product description.

6. How will I receive my digital products?All products are delivered instantly by email. After your purchase, you will receive a link to download your files immediately. However, due to file upload limitations, in some cases, you may receive a separate password-encrypted link to download your product .

7. Are your digital products royalty-free?Yes, all of our products are 100% royalty-free. This means that you can use the samples and presets from our packs in your own commercial productions without having to pay any additional royalties or fees. Please note that our licensing terms do not permit the use of our sounds in isolation (i.e., not within musical compositions) for commercial purposes. For example, you cannot use our sounds to create another sample pack, or for isolated sound effects on a website or other multimedia format.
