License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of audio content purchased from Analog Circus. By purchasing any product, you agree to the terms below.

You CAN

  • Use in commercial music releases (streaming, downloads, physical)
  • Use in sync licensing (film, TV, advertising, games)
  • Use in live performances
  • Use in podcasts and online content
  • Modify, layer, and process sounds for your productions
  • Use in unlimited projects
  • Register your tracks with collecting societies (ASCAP, BMI, etc.)

You CANNOT

  • Resell or redistribute raw sample files
  • Include in other sample packs or sound libraries
  • Share download links or files with others
  • Claim ownership of the original samples
  • Use samples in isolation as ringtones or sound effects for sale
  • Transfer your license to another party

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Analog Circus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the audio content in your musical works and productions.

2. Royalty-Free Usage

All audio content is 100% royalty-free. You do not owe Analog Circus any additional royalties or fees for commercial use of the samples in your music productions.

3. Ownership

Analog Circus retains all ownership and copyright of the original audio files. Your purchase grants usage rights, not ownership transfer. You own the copyright to your original musical compositions that incorporate our samples.

4. Attribution

No attribution or credit is required when using our samples, though it is appreciated.

5. Modifications

You are free to modify, process, layer, and transform the samples as needed for your productions. This includes pitch-shifting, time-stretching, applying effects, and combining with other sounds.

6. Backup Copies

You may make reasonable backup copies of purchased content for archival purposes only.

7. License Scope

This license is granted to you as an individual. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, the license extends to projects created by that entity, but not to individual employees for personal use.

8. Termination

This license is valid indefinitely unless terminated due to breach of terms. If you violate any term of this agreement, your license is automatically revoked.
