1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Analog Circus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Products and Services

Analog Circus provides digital audio instruments for music production. All products are delivered digitally and are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Upon successful payment, you will receive download access via email.

4. Download Access

Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase and allow up to 3 downloads per product. If you require additional downloads, contact our support team.

5. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the audio content in your music productions. See our License Agreement for full details on permitted and prohibited uses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and audio files, is the property of Analog Circus and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because everything we sell is a digital download, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If something isn't right with your order, just get in touch within 14 days and we'll make it right.

We're happy to issue a refund or store credit if your product is faulty or doesn't match what was described. We do ask that you check the product page before purchasing — all compatibility and software requirements are listed there.

We're generally not able to refund if:

• You've had a change of heart
• Your hardware or software isn't compatible
• The files have already been downloaded

8. Limitation of Liability

Analog Circus provides products "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
